 1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning services for mattresses, couches, recliners, and select furniture.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure the cleaning area is accessible.
• Large furniture should be moved if it blocks access.

4. Service Limitations

• We strive for the best results but cannot guarantee complete stain or odor removal.
• Some materials may be unsuitable for cleaning, and we may decline service if necessary.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• If an issue arises during cleaning, we will assess and discuss a fair resolution.
